Intervenors in Black Fox have submitted a motion to add a safety L
contention based on, what they call, the 27 safety items listed in the Reed Report. They do not have a copy of the report and thus a
are likely to ask the Staff to get GE to produce one so they can L
refine their contention. For this reason, I need to know the
.I answer to the following questions:

Does the Staff now have a copy of the Reed Report?

Is the report in question relied upon for any licensing action?
