This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. Folsom of this office on Decscher 23, 1972 and January 3 - 5, 1973 at Middletown, Pennsyl-vania of activitics authorized by AEC License Nos. CPP2-40 and CPPR-66 and to the discussions of cur findings held by Mr. Folson with Messrs.
Stronberg and Avers at the conclusion of the inspection.
Arcas examined during this inspection are described in the Regulatory Operations Inspection Report which'is onelosed with this letter.
