50-289 and 50-320 License Nos.: CPPR-40 and CPPR-66 Description of Nonconformance with Appendix B to 10 CFR 50, as identified below:

Criterion VI, " Document Control," states in part, " Measures shall be established to control... drawings, including changes thereto, which prescribe all activities affecting quality. These measures shall assure that documeurs are.
. used at the location where the prescribed activity is performed."
l Contrary to the above, a random selection by our inspector of drawings on several stick files in use in the field showed that 31% of the drawings had been superseded.
In addition ter these, 0
26% of the drawings were illegible as to title, revision number, or drawing number, and their status could not be established.

Criterion XV, " Nonconforming Materials, Parts Or Components,"
l states in part, " Measures shall be established to control ma-l terials, parts or components which do not conform to require-ments, in order to prevent their inadvertent use or installation."
Contrary to the above, the designated quarantine storage area at the site contained items which were not in a hold status. In addition it was noted that tagged nonconforming items were in storage outside of the quarantine area.
