Commissioner Rowden's office asked me to review and so state.
I have done so (Enclosure 1) and I believe this satisfies him.
Commissioner Gilinsky's office asked for some changes in the report itself. To the extent they can be made, they have been made (Enclosure 2).
I strongly suggest that the letters with the revised reports be dispatched if they are now satisfactory.
If they are not satisfactory, I suggest that we surface the problems in a meeting so as to expedite solution.
