Thank you for your letter dated July 13, 1973, relative to the Eabcock & Wilcox Company's report BAW-1403, entitled "Investiga-tion of Major Weld Records", justifying the use of certain lots of weld filler metal which had incomplete documentation of mechanical properties. The report has been reviewed and evaluated and appears acceptable.
He have no further questions regarding this matter.
