We have reviewed your schedule dated October 25, 1974, for installation of security devices for Three Mile Island Unit No. 1 and have found it acceptable. In view of the tentative nature of this schedule, we wish to be advised if this schedule should change significantly.
We have noted that you intend to continue your interim security measures
. until the complete system is operational. We concur in this approach.
Your letters dated July 12 and October 25, 1974, contained additional information on your Physical Security Plan. You have requested this information be withheld from public disclosure. We have determined that the information contained in these documents is tite type specified in 10 CPR Part 2, Section 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d), the additional information is deemed to be commercial' infor-
