The arendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated October 0,1976, as supplerented October 21, 1976 and February 3,1977.
This ar.endront modifies the provisions of the Technical Specifications to increase the setpoint for reactor trip initiated by high reactor coolant systen pressure and increases the relief setting of the AS'iE Code-required safety valves installed on the pressurizer.
You will note that the increase in the settincs for the high pressure trip and pressurizer code safety valves is approved only through Cycle 3.
This is because the controllina accident is a feedvater line break unich, because it previously was not controllino, has not ncrrally been a#ressed in your past relcad applications. To elininate the r.eed to address these settings separately for future cycles, you should comit to add the feedwater line break accident to those accidents already regularly censidered in connection with each reload.
