This anendnent consists of chances to the Technical Soccifications in rescense to your recuest dated April 1,1977 (Technical Specification chance recuest "o.
Sa) and staff discussions.
This arendnent revised the provisions in the Technical Spec'fications relatino to the resconsibility for audit of indeoendent reviews of environrental matters.
As a result of this arendrent, resconsibility for cerfornino such audits is now assigned to the f'anacer Generation Ocality Assurance.
Prior to this change, the ornanization resconsible for perforninc these audits was not exclicitly defined.
In addition to this chance, ninor corrections were rade to the titles of certain individuals and to a reference to a sect 1on of the Technical Specifications.
