Dear Dr. Morris:
Attached are three signed originals and nineteen confomed copiec of Amendment No. 15 to the Construction Permit Application for the Three Mile Island Euclear Station Unit 1.
In addition, enclosed are one signed and twenty conformed copies of the Certificate of Service of Amendment 15 to the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located.
This Mendment modifies the Tinal Safety Analysis Report in response to your request for additional information in your letter of September 16,197C.
The responses to your request for additional information, as well as e.ppro-priate revicions intended to update the FSAR, have been incorporated into the text and are forwarded in the fem of change pages dated December 15, 1970.
A question - response cross reference is included as Supplement No. 2 to the FSAR. The Amendment also includes the add'tional meteorological data re-ferred to in your September 16th letter.
This Amendment addresses the ma.jority of the questions asked in the September 16, 1970 3etter. The retnining questions will be answered in a satsequent amend = wt to be filed in January 1971.
