The Comission has issued the enclosed Anendment No. 41 to Facility Operating License Tio. DPR-50 for Three !!ile Island !!uclear Statien, Unit ?!o. 1.
The amendment consists of chances to the Technical Specifications in response to ycur recuest of July 22, 1977.
The amendment revises the Technical Specifications to add surveillance recuirenents and limiting conditions for operations with rescect to the average air temperature inside the containr.ent. The enclosed Technical Scecifications differ in sone rescects from those proposed by your letter of July 22, 1977.
These codifications have been discussed with and acreed to by your staff.
Cocies of the Safety Evaluation and the l:otice of Issuance are also encicsed.
