The pump cperated successfully on steam supplied frco A Steca Generacor thrct.gn P.3 V13,L.L' hen an attc pt was cade to test the picp on ste.a suppvied frca the B Steam Generator, the associated valve, t3 V133, opened in response to pressing the opan pushbutton but closed when the open pushbutten tas re-1er. sed.
Investigaflon revealed a failed pressure switch.
The failed press.r0 switch would havc, prevented the valve opening on an autcr tic start signfi.
The pressure switch was replaced and the Turbine Driven Feed Fc-> t ; successfulb~
tested an stea:t supplied from the a steam Gc cratc:r vithin the 4.' ~
