Dear Mr. Groce:
By letter dated August 21, 1979, you proposed Technical Specification changes related to your cycle 7 fuel reload.
In order to continue our review of your submittal, we require additional information.
You submitted ex'cerpts from a standard, " Supplemental Reload Licensing Submittal" provided by the General Electric Company.
You have based your evaluation of cycle 7 safety considerations on standard reload analysis methods of GE's,
" Generic Reload Fuel Application", NEDE-24011-P.
Our review of NEDE-240ll-P (Letter from D. G. Eisenhut to R. Gridley, May 12, 1979) found that the use of HEDE-240ll-P was acceptable "when supplemented with the plant specific information contained in Appendix A" which is the " Supplemental Reload Licensing Submittal".
On this basis, as we discussed with your representatives on September 17, 1979, we require the submittal of the complete ";,,.pplemental Reload Licensing Submittal". Would you please provide this information as soon as possible so that we can complete our review in a timely manner.
