AMENDMENTS TO CONSTRUCTION PERMITS On August 14, 1979, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board (Appeal Board) issued a Memorandum and Order related to the monitoring plan for the discharge diffuser for the Hartsville Nuclear Plant, Units Al, A2, B1, and 82.
In that Memorandum and Order the Appeal Board directed that the Hartsville constructior pemits be. amended to reflect significant additions to portions of the monitoring plan.
Enclosed are Amendments No. 2 to Construction Pemits Nos. CPPR-150, CPPR-151, CPPR-152, and CPPR-153 which reflect these additions to the monitoring plan.
Also enclosed is a copy of a related. notice which has been forwarded to the Office of the Feieral Register for publication.
