Dear Mr. Kodner:
This is in response to your letter dated September 7,1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all
" supplemental" records and files as defined in and relative to matters contained in F0IA request number F01A-79-264 submitted by Mr. Edward Gogol dated July 6,1979, and in your petition titled: " PETITION FOR NRC TO INSTITUTE PROCEEDING TO SUSPEND AND/0R REV0KE LICENSE." Employing your definition of " supplemental", we determined that the documents you are seeking were acquired as NRC records during the time period July 6, 1979 through September 7,1979, the date of your request.
- However, because of its relevance to the subject of interest to you, we extended the time period through September 13, 1979 in order to include the second document described below.
In response to your request, two documents have been identified as being subject to your request.
A copy of the first document, which is a memorandum dated August 21, 1979, for: S. H. Hanauer from: C. J. Anderson, subject: MEETING WITH MARK II LEAD PLANT OWNERS TO DISCUSS LEAD PLANT PROGRAM CLOSURE (July 26,1979), is enclosed (59 pages).
The second document is a transcript of an Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards Subcommittee Meeting on Fluid Dynamics held on Thursday, September 13, 1979, in Los Angeles, California (Pages 1-223). A copy of this document is enclosed.
Copies of the two documents described above are being made available for inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room,1717 H Street N.W., Washington, DC, and at the NRC Local Public Document Room for the
