DOCKET NUMBER 50-289 OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-50 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE TMI-1 RESTART REPORT Enclosed are sixty (60) copies of the subject amendment for incorporation into the 60 copies of the Restart Report that were submitted to you on September 12, 1979.
This amendment provides additional information and revises some information previously submitted.
We anticipate filing another amendment which will provide significent additional information related to the recommendations of NUREG-0578 as supplemented by you (RCS high point venting) and the ACRS.
This amendment will be forwarded the week of October 22, 1979.
In addition to the above amendment, we expect to file an amendment by the end of October which provides substantial information related to Emergency Planning.
