Dear Mr. Roisman:
This supplements our previous letter to you dated July 19, 1979 which responded in part to your F0IA request letter dated July 2,1979.
You requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all documents prepared by the NRC staff and/or its consultants relative to the question of alternatives to the proposal by Duke Power Company to transship spent fuel from their Oconee plant to their McGuire plant.
In addition to the documents previously identified, or provided to you, concerning the subject of your request, three (3) Inspection Reports have also been identified which relate to the Oconee nuclear facilities.
These reports are numbered a) "50-269/79-7"; b) "50-269/79-18"; and c)
"50-369/78-35".
Copies of each of these reports are on file at the NRC Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC, and at the NRC Local Public Documents Rooms located at the Oconee County Library, 201 S. Spring Street, Walhalla, South Carolina [a) and b)], and at the Public Library of Charlotte and Mechlenburg County, 310 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina [c)].
