This letter confirms our plans to conduct a routine announced inspection of the Saxton Facility, License No. DPR-4, and records kept by you pursuant to regulatory requirements, on September 20, 1979.
Based on your telepnone discussion on September 6,1979, with Mr. Plumlee of this office, we understand this will be a reasonable time for the inspection and will coincide with your regular quarterly visit to the facility. You will be notified of any changes in our plans should such occur.
As stated in oc letters of July 9,1979 and July 16,1979, to Editors Baughman and Morgan, copies of which were provided to the Saxton Nuclear Experimental Corporation, we have no objection to the presence of representatives of the news media. However, any invitation to news media must come frcm you and it must be understood that they may not interfere with the inspection. We have not notified the news media of the inspection date.
