Enclosed you will find seven (7) copies of our QA Program as requested in your letter of August 3, 1979.
After review of the sample QA Program which you sent, I found the program originally submitted to be totally inadequate.
Therefore, the program has been compeltely rewritten and is submitted to you for approval as the original rather than a revision.
Considerable time and thought has gone into the writing of this program and to the best of my knowledge, all requirements of Appendix E to CFR Part 71 have been satisfied.
