In conducting our review of the Trojan Nuclear Plant Safeguards Contingency Plan which was transmitted with your letter of March 23, 1979, we have determined that we will need the additional information identified in the enclosure to continue the review. Because the enclosure contains security information specific to Trojan, it is being wf. held from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d).
In order for us to maintain our review schedule, your response is requested within 45 days of receipt of this letter.
