DUKE SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO DEFICNEICY S0-413 & 414/79-12-02 QAP PROCEDURE P-1 Below is Duke's supplemental respense to each generic example cited by Mr. R. J. Hardwick in Deficiency S0-413 & 414/79-12-02, concerning QAP Procedure P-1.
1.
A sample of approved documentation has been reviewed as an indicator to see if a generic problem exists.
No significant discrepancies were identified.
2.
Approved documents which were placed in QC hold and required QA Engineering and Service approval will be reviewed.
Clarifications will be made on documents which have QA program deficiencies. Full compliance will be achieved by October 1, 1979.
