Dear Mr. Stevenson:
Transmitted herewith are eight (8) copies of document XN-EL-29, Rev. 2, entitled " License Application For Special Nuclear Material: Experimental Test Ft :llity," dated August 1979. The document is being transmitted in its entirety to facilitate future revisica changes by printing on ene side of the page only. Future revisions will include only page changes.
Part I'l of the document addresses staff questions identified in the reference letter. Submittal of the responses permits timely continuation of Exxon Nuclear's request for a special nuclear material license for the proposed Experimental Test Facility, original application filed on February 27, 1976 and updated February 26, 1979.
Exxon Nuclear will be pleased to provide additional information as required relating to the license application.
