AEC11-78 / 51 On June 23, 1978, Mississippi Power & Light contacted Mr. V. L. Brownlee the Grand of your office regarding a Potentially Reportable Deficiency at Gulf Nuclear Station construction site.
The Deficiency concerns the factory weld separation on strut type hanger material. We will determine reportability of this deficiency as def ined by 10 CFR 50.55(e) and make a final report by November 15, 1978. The attached Interim Report describes the details of this matter.
