AECM- 78/ 56 In response to your letter of July 12, 1978, transmitting the IE Inspectica Report of the June 13 through June 16, 1978 inspection and which required initiation of corrective actions, the following is submitted:
(1) Corrective Steps Taken and Results Achieved.
Nonconforcance documents were issued to correct the specific findtngs of the inspection report. These documents have been reviewed and closed out. Appropriate construction personnel were rein =tructed in the storage requirements. A concerted effort was made to survey piping storage conditions and correct dis-crepancies.
(2) rorrective Steps Taken to Avoid Further Noncompliance.
Appropriate construction personnel have been assigned to daily monitor storage in their areas of responsibility. Quality Control surveillance of storage conditions are conducted daily and unsatisfactory storage conditions are corrected icnediately or reported as nonconformances if incediate corrections can not be made.
