During our telephone conference on July 26, 1979 you indicated that you now represent CEE and that you never received a copy of "NRC Staff's Written Interrogatories to Citizens for Employment and Energy (CEE)", dated May 24, 1979 which was forwarded to David Hiller by cover letter dated May 24, 1979.
A copy of this letter and the Staff's interrogatories are enclosed.
Based on your assurance that you will respond to these interrogatories as soon as pessible, I will not file the motion to compel that I had prepared.
