~i On July 2,1979, the Comission ordered that the Three Mile Island Unit 1 reactor remain in cold shutdoun condition until further order of the Com-mission itself. The Order also provided that the Comaission would issue a further order within thirty days specifying in detail the bases for its con-cerns, and the procedures to govern the hearing ubich the Cor.;nission directed be held prior to restart of the facility.
