Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Northern States Power Docket No. 50-282 Docket No. 50-306 B$ sed on the inspection conducted on July 12-13 and 17, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC require-ments, as noted below. This item is an infraction.
Environmental Technical Specification 2.4.3 requires that the contents of the neutralizing tank shall be controlled so that discharges from the tank shall have a pH value of not less than 6.5 nor greater than 8.5.
Contrary to the above requirement, on March 25, 1979, a neutralizing tank batch was released with a pH of 3.34 at 27 C.
