Gentlemen:

Consistent with Applicants' past practice, I am enclosing three documents for the information of the Board and the parties. The first two documents (Exhibits 1. and 2.) are further responses by the General Electric Company with respect to the NRC Staff's continuous quest for information on certain TLTA test results. The third document, NUREG-0600, is the report by the NRC's Office of Inspection and Enforcement concerning its investigation of the Three Mile Island accident. These enclosures are only beir.g provided to the Licensing Board and counsel for the parties.

In my letter of August 11, 1979, to the Licensing Board and the parties, I erroneously stated that the responses
