Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
My letter of August 14, 1979, forwarded to your office a copy of Teledyne Engineering Services Technical Report TR-3501-1.
This report contains the results of the cyclic testing which was performed at McGuire per the require-ments of the referenced IE Bulletin.
In a telephone conversation between Mr. R. B. Priory of Duke Power Company and Mr. W. P. Ang of your office, Duke was informed that a single submittal of this report would be sufficient for replies to this bulletin on all of Duke's nuclear stations. For this reason, my submittal of this report on August 14, 1979, is referenced as Duke's final response to this bulletin for McGuire.
