DENIAL GF PETITION TO SHOW CAUSE - NEP UtilTS 1 AND 2 By letter dated July 13, 1979, Mr. William Jordon on the Concerned Citizens of Rhode Island, the Point Judith Fisherman's Cooperative and the Thomas L.
Arnold Trust submitted a petition requesting the Director of NRR to issue a show cause order dismissing the application for construction permits for NEP Units 1 and 2.
The show cause order was denied.
Enclosed for your information is a copy of our letter to Mr. William S. Jordon and the " Director's Decision under 10 CFR 2.206", which sets forth the reasons for denying the petition.
