Based on our evaluation of the current status and operational require-ments of hheThreeMile Island Nuclear Station - Unit Nos.
2, we hereby issue the following temporary change to the Technical Speci-fication with regaru to operability of the RB Emergency Cooling booster pumps.
Section 3.6.2.3.d of the Techn* cal Specification shall be changed to read as follows:
3.6.2.3 d.
With all RB Emergency Cooling Booster pumps inoperable, operation may continue provided that RB temperatore is maintained less than 130 F and RB pressure is maintained no greater than -0.3 psig.
Fan-coil units shall be maintained operatin9 during this time.
