August la, 1979 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY COMMISSION DETERMINATION REGARDING PUBLIC DISCLOSURE UNDER THE GOVERNMENT IN THE SUNSHINE ACT OF :
Discussion of FY '81 Budget Markup August 7, 1979 (p.m.)
Pursuant to the Cornission's regulations implementing the Government in the Sunshine Act (10 CFR 9.108(c)), it has been determined that the subject transcript should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 9.104 (a) (9),
(b) (2), (3) until the Cornission's appropriation becomes law.
At that time, the Of fice of the General Counsel shall review the transcript pursuant to 10 CPR 9.108 (c) and recommend to the Commission whether the transcript or any portion thereof should be withheld from the public under other subsections of 10 CFR 9.104(a). The Commission shall. then determine pursuant to 10 CFR 9.108(d) whether the subject transcript or any portion thereof shall be withheld f om the public under 10 CFR 9.104; the remainder of the tran' ipt shall be promptly made available to the public.
