Discussion of FY ' 31 Budget Markup August 6, 1979 Pursuant to the Commission's regulations implem:enting the Government in the Sunshine Act (10 CFR 9.108(c}), it has been determined that the subject transcript should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 9.104 (a) (9),
(b) (2), (3) until the Commission's appropriatien becomes law.
At that time, the Of fice of the General Counsel shall review the transcript pursuant to 10 CFR 9.108 Cc) and recommend to the Commission whether the transcript or any portion thereof should be withheld from the public under other subsections of 10 CFR 9.104(a). The Commission shall then determine pursuant to 10 CFR 9.108 (d) whether t.he subject transcript or any portion thereof shall be withheld from the public under 10 CFR 9.104; the remainder of the transcript shall be promptly made available to the public.
