This letter concerns the plans for shipments of SNM which were discussed by Messrs. Moschner and Light of your organization and Mr. Podonsky of the NRC during recent telephone conversations.
As discussed and agreed to by Mr. Moschner, it has been determined that Section 10 of Materials and Plant Protection Amendment MPP-2 to your License No. SNM-960 should be amended by adding License Condition 10.3, as set forth in the enclosure to this letter, effective upon receipt.
