This refers to your letter of November 10, 1978, which requested an exemption from 10 CFR 73.50 for certain special nuclear material.
The exemption was granted January 30, 1979, by the addition of Section 9 to Amendment MPP-3 to License SNM-639.
Through an oversight on our part, the exemption was granted without the pre-scribed amendment fee being collected.
Your November 10 request for exemption should have been accompanied by an administrative amendment fee of $150, as specified in fee Category 1G of 5170.31 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170.
Please re-mit the fee of $150 within fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter.
Pay-ment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and mailed to my attention.
We apologize for this oversight and our delay in notifying you of the fee due.
