This refers to your letter of November 13, 1978 which provided additional information in support of your request for long term storage of combustible

CFR 70.58(i)(2) and that the granting of your request will r.ot endanger ine common defense and security and is otherwise in the public interest.
Ascordingly, License Condition 4.7 of Amendment MPP-2 to your License No.
J1-1097 is hereby revised to read as follows:
.7 frtwithstanding 10 CFR 70.58(i)(2), the licensee may accumulate combustible waste generated in his plant which has been measured to an uncertainty exceeding +_ 10 percent for a period not to exceed December 31, 1981.
It has been established that your letter and attachment of November 13,197; contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly,
- ursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercia or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be-subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12 Sincerely N
