A cart.ain activity under your license appears to be in violation of AEC requirements.
The following viola tion is considered to be of Category III severity:

3, 10 CFR 50 states, in pcrt..."Docu=entary evide:.ce that r.1terial.... conforms to procurement require ents shall be on site prior to ins tallation.... and shall be sufficient to identify t..e specific requirements... etc", also; Criterion

Contrary to the above, neither the inspector nor the site C,C representative were able to retrieve nill test reports or other doctnentation f.tich provided traceable evidence of tha con-formance of indiridual penetrations to the specification and code requircnent.
