Gentlemen:
Ihank you for your letter of July 3, 1979, informing us of steps you have
taken to correct the items of noncompliance concerning activities under
NRC Construction Permit Nos. CPPR-78 and NPF-4 brought to your attention
in our letter of June 8, 1979. We will examine your corrective actions and
plans during subsequent inspections.
We have evaluated your response to item B and concur that noncompliance did
not occur as stated. Accordingly we will adjust our records to reflect
that noncompliance did not occur. Notwithstanding, we note that you have
instructed your personnel to assure a deviation report is submitted when
acceptance criteri- for a safety related tests are not met.
We appreciate your cooperation with us.
