Provisional Operating License No. DPR-19 Facility Operating License No. DPR-25 NOTICE OF RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD Edward Luton, Esq., was Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for the above proceeding.
Because he transferred to another Federal Agency, where he will serve as an Administrative Law Judge, Mr. Luton is unable to continue his service on this Board.
Accordingly, John F. Wolf, Esq., whose address is 3409 Shepherd Street, Chavy Chase, Maryland 20015, is appointed Chairman of this Board.
