Dear Mr. McCorkle:
This letter is submitted as Transnuclear Inc.'s Transportation Security Plan for purposes of the gen-eral license issued under 10 CFR 70.20a.
During the course of a security shipment under the requirements of 10 CFR 73 Transnuclear does not have physical possession of the material but is in a posi-tion to control the transportation of formula quantities of strategic special nuclear material.
The details of this plan are delineated in the Transnuclear, Inc. Security Plan for Shipments of Strategic Special Nuclear Material already approved by the USNRC.
