Determine how Atmospheric Release Advisory Capability TBD TBD NRR/SP/RES/IE/NMSi (ARAC), developed by Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, can be effectively used and integrated into Federal, State, local and licensee emergency response efforts, including use by NRC Operations Center and staff
