SECY-19-0045-NEXTERA ENERGY SEABROOK, LLC (SEABROOK STATION, UNIT 1) -LICENSE AMENDMENT, EMERGENCY PETITION The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order addressing the emergency petition related to concrete degradation caused by alkali-silica reaction at Seabrook Station, Unit 1, filed by C-10 Research and Education Foundation.
The Memorandum and Order denies C-10's requests for relief in its Petition.
