P R O C E E D I N G S CHAIRMAN Svinicki: Well good afternoon everyone. I call the affirmation session to order. We have a representative of the Office of the Secretary of the Commission, will lead us through the one affirmation item. Please proceed.
RUSSELL CHAZELL: Thank you Chairman. This is on SECY-19-0045, NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (Seabrook Station, Unit 1). The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order addressing the emergency petition related to concrete degradation caused by alkali-silica reaction at Seabrook Station, Unit 1, filed by C-10 Research and Education Foundation.
The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order (as attached) denying C-10s requests for relief in its Petition.
