Mr. John E. Logan Vice President Gentlemen:
In your facility license application covering the proposed Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Statica Unit 2, you furnished a lump sum estimate of $185,000,000 to cover the capital plant and initial core costs.
In order to complete cur review of your financial qualifications, we vill require e further breakdevn of construction costs, as follovs:
(a) Total nuclear production plant costs.
/
(b) Transmission, distribution, and general plant costs.
(c) Nuclear fuel inventory cost for first core.
If the fuel is to be acquired by lease or other arrangement than purchase, the applicant should so state. The costs to be included in these cetegcries should be the same as these defined in the appliceble electric plant and nuclear fuel inventory accounts prescribed by the Federal Fover Commissica, snd any depsrtures therefrom should be explained.
This information should be furnished as on amendment to your application, with three copies signed under oath or affirmation and thirty-two onformed copies.
