On January 24, 1973, we met with ea=hers of your organizatics to discuss de*a il e of the non-radiological technical specifications related to the licensing and operation of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Cuits 1 and 2.
At that maating it was agreed that you vould subnit a revised draf t of these technical specificaticus to us by March 1,1973. We have not yet received this material.
In order to establish a revised licacsing review schedule, ve need a firm estimate of the date the required draft of the terknie=1 speci-fications vill be avsflahle. Please infora us within 7 days after receipt of this latter of the date you will be able to =eet.
