The EC investic.ation has identified thtec infractienc of ancncy regulaticac. T1c c relate to the inadequacy of centrol over cate locks and keyn; the inadequecy of the cyste, of acceca control to principal buildin c: cad the entry of a ratclren into the ccatrol roca. One allegation dealt uith cccurity conditiona at another nuclear plant in the c.mc Three !!ile Inland coaplex. Thia plant is still under cenatruction and is not yet cubject to IIRC's cecurity re ;uirn- riento, otber alle utions related to conditions, l e7cv the level of infractions, which had been corrected prier to the date of tbc allegations. These include the report of problens with the elec- tronic curveillnnec sycten and the aller,ation that on neveral occasion:s, pat ~olu vere falcely lom cd in no having taken place. Still other allegations vere not confir ed. The !!RC is fully satisfind that at thin tine, the plant's physical protection pro- gram t:cetn cll applicabic !CC requirements.
