As referezced in section 2.2 of the draft Guida, I also cm er.cicaing a list of the adie@la clearinghouses listed in r>c0 circular A-95 for the Stata(s) in which you have plants under constraction or proposed.
As noted in the draft Guide, it has been issued for enmwr t and interim use, and we vould urge that you try to mka any environ-mental report which you rary submit as couplata as possible. In the event that you already have submitted a renort which is under review by the 1EC or has been nada avnflahla to applicable Federal and
