This report has been prepared by the applicant at our recuest under our zuvised statemnt of policy on 1:mple mentation of the National Environnental Policy Act which was forwarded to the Comittee en June 1, D73. A notica of tho avmit ability of the report and request for cc: rents fron Stata and local agencies has been sent to the Office of the Tederal 22dster for filing and publicaticu (copy enclosed). A reques t for cernents tiso nas been sent to these applicable Federal agencies specified in the Council on Environ = ental Quality's nenorandum of June 3, D73, and a copy of the report has been forwarded to the Council.
