The Nuclear Reculatory Cc=ission (the Co'n.1iscicn) has found that:
s A.
The facility will operate in conformity with the applicaticn, the provisicas of tne Act, and de rules ar.d regulations of the Comission; B.
There is reaccnable assurance (!) tnat the activities audorined by this amencment can be conducted witr. cut endangering the healtn and safety of de puclic, and (.i) tnat sucn activities will ce conducted in ccaplicnce with the Cc=iscica's regulations; C.
The issuance of this amendment sill not be inimical to the comon defense and security or to tne nealth and safety of the puclic; and D.
The issuance of t is amenimant is in acccrdance wth 10 CFR Part 51 of the Cc=ission's regulaticas anc all applicanle rmiunements ha;e been satisfied.

Accordingly, Facility Cperating License No OPR-73 is hereby amended by the addition of paragr;ph H. to Attachment 2 to tne license ac follows:
"H.
The requirements of Technical Soecification 3.4.9.1 which crcni'ait hydroctatic testing at te= erat;res as lcw as 130 degrees
