[External_Sender] FOIA Request Wednesday, June 19, 2019 1:45:33 PM CASE NO: NRC-2019-000343 DATE REC'D: 06/20/2019 On November 29, 2018, at a Community Engagement Panel hosted by Southern California Edison (SCE), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Region IV Administrator Scott Morris admitted he was "actually part ofthat initial call" cin Monday, August 6, 2018, where a representative of SCE called the NRC to informally report the August 3rd, 2018 incident in which a storage canister came within a few inches of crashing on the floor of the San Onofre nuclear waste site.
Pursuant to my rights under the Freedom of Information Act, please provide all records of communications between the representative(s) of SCE and representative(s) of NRC who were a part of the "initial call" where SCE informally reported the August 3rd incident to the NRC. This request includes, but is not limited to, any records of correspondence, phone records, and the names of the
. NRC and SCE representatives who were on the initial call regarding the August 3rd incident. If costs for producing these records exceeds $1500, please notify me, otherwise proceed. Additionally, please include mseverson@amslawyers.com in your response.
