Dear Ms. Chen:
By letter dated April 1, 2019 [2], Holtec responded to the NRC's request for additional information (RSis) [l] needed to complete their acceptance review of HI-STORM FW Amendment 5 to the Certificate of Compliance No. 1032. Following the phone call between NRC staff and Holtec, May 14, 2019, Holtec agreed to provide additional information to clarify the responses to RSI 8-1 and RSI 11-1. Attachment 1 contains the additional infom1ation in response to the RSis. Attachment 2 contains the non-proprietary HI-STORM FW FSAR changed pages with changes specific to this supplemental response highlighted in yellow. There is no proprietary information contained on these pages.
